What we store
To provide accounts, collections, and trading, Mulligang stores: your account identifier, the cards in your collection, your trade status flags, the trade proposals you create or receive, and the group events you propose or answer (dates, the name of the place, and your yes / maybe / no). Events never store an address. If event emails are on for you in a group (you, or the group's owner, can switch them on the group's page), we email you when an event is proposed, when its date is picked — with who is coming — and when it is cancelled; each email has a link to switch them off. Your email address is never shown to other members.
To understand how the app is used, Mulligang also keeps a daily count, per account, of sign-ins and of pages opened in each section of the app (Collection, Decks, Trade table…). These are counters only: no browsing history, no page addresses, no time of day and no IP address are recorded. They are visible to the site administrator only and are deleted with your account.
Why
This data is used only to run the app's features (collection management, deck building, trade matching). It is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
Card data
Card information, images and prices come from Scryfall. Browsing card data does not require an account.
Discord notifications (optional)
A group admin can connect their group to a Discord channel. When this is enabled, the following information is transmitted to Discord Inc., a third-party company located in the United States (outside Quebec): the usernames of the members involved, the nature of the event (member joined or left, group ownership change, trade proposed, trade status change, event proposed, date picked or event cancelled), for trade proposals the names and quantities of the cards offered and requested, and for events their name, dates and place name — and, once the date is picked, which members said they are going, maybe coming or can't come, and who hasn't answered. Card prices are never transmitted.
This feature is opt-in and configured per group by a group admin. It is off by default, and any member can ask their group admin to disable it at any time.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your collection and your account at any time. To request deletion of all your data, email [email protected].
